After 8pm, prior notification is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We inform our guests that it is possible to cancel any reservation up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you wish to cancel the reservation the day before or the same day as check in, the penalty to be paid is equivalent to the cost of one night or the deposit already paid.

ROOM EQUIPMENT

Each room has:
- Bed linen and towels.
- 32 inch television with the possibility of connecting to your pay TV.
- independent air conditioning.
- bathroom products for personal hygiene.

- courtesy wall-mounted hairdryer.
- an extra blanket just in case.

- curtains and mosquito nets

You can request an additional pillow upon request.

HOTEL EQUIPMENT

The Millepini hotel offers:
- free WIFI network.
- snack and drink vending machine in the hall available 24 hours a day.

- free luggage storage.

CHECK OUT

Time: by 11:00

PAYMENT METHOD

It is possible to pay for your stay in cash, by credit or debit card and with satispay.
We also accept bank transfers as a payment method only in instant mode.

PARKING

Our parking is free for all our guests, it's a open parking in the back of the hotel without bars or gates. It's no possible to book a parking space. 

For cruise passengers: it's possible leave your car in our parking at the cost of € 10,00 per day per car.

CITY TAX

The tourist tax is not included in the costs, it amounts to
€2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights.
Various categories are exempt from the payment of the same, such as:
- minors under 14 years of age
- residents on Ravenna soil
- bus drivers and companions

- People with disabilities

LATE CHECK OUT

It is possible to request late check out. The hotel reserves the right in case availability does not allow it.

Costs: €5.00 per hour from 11:00 to 16:00, after 16:00 the full cost of the night is attributed.

STAY PAYMENT

For stays longer than two days we ask for a 30% deposit to be paid upon acceptance of the quote. Upon arrival during check in, the balance of the entire reservation is required.

For groups, the entire balance is required upon acceptance of the quote.

GOVERNMENT SERVICE

Room cleaning service is guaranteed daily from 10:00 to 14:00 unless agreements are made with the reception.

The change of linen is expected every three days depending on the period of stay.
